How to overcome temptations
We all face different temptations at one point or the other in life. Almost every day there is something to be tempted about. We have so many kinds of temptations like eating prohibited foods that are detrimental to our health, sleeping a little bit longer than expected, cheating, not exercising, revenge, watching pornography, spending more money than planned, drug and substance abuse among others. Temptation is longing to do something for enjoyment you know that you should not do or desiring to get something that in the long run may have negative effect. The main sources of temptations are those that come from within for example sexual desires, world temptations like seeing an attractive item and wish to buy it though not budgeted and the devil is accused of causing temptations from the days of Adam and Eve.
